Description
2 1/2" (6 cm.) x 4"l. Four wooden boxes are richly decorated with carved bone, tortoise shell, fruitwood veneers, and accented with cast brass and silver trim. Excellent condition. Mid-1800s, luxury objects such as these were offered by such prestige shops as Maison Giroux of Paris.
