18" (46 cm.) All-cloth doll whose head is constructed with side seams and back seam that extends partly down the forehead and lends shape to the face, and a chin seam, with oil-painted facial features, complexion, and hair, painted blue eyes with red and black upper eyeliner, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth, stitch jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: very good, some darkening of painting. Comments: American, circa 1900. Value Points: charming folk doll with hand-painted features, antique costume.
