Pressed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate,amber-brown glass paperweight inset eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted dark lashes,mauve-blushed eye shadow,feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed mouth with outlined shaded lips,pierced ears,blonde lambswool wig over cork pate,plump kid bebe body with square-cut collarette,gusset jointing at hips and knees,bisque forearms with separately sculpted fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1. Comments: Leon Casimir Bru,his first period bebe,circa 1877,"Bebe Brevete". Value Points: exceptionally beautiful innocent-faced bebe with most delicate bisque with subtle blushing,rich eye shadow,original wig,very sturdy original body,perfect bisque hands. very lovely antique costume including original Bru shoes,signed "B".
