21" (53 cm.) Bisque socket head, large blue glass eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, rose-blushed eyeshadow, accented nostrils, slightly-parted lips, two square-cut teeth, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, lovely antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, one finger broken, some body retouch. Marks: S 10 1/2H 929. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1885. Value Points: rare model with beautifully-defined sculpting, very full cheeks, choice bisque, splendid eyes.
