Description
15" (38 cm.) All hard plastic with socket head, Margaret face, five-piece child body jointed at hips and shoulders, blue sleep eyes with brush lashes, closed mouth, ash-blonde wig styled in high bun with tightly curled bangs. Wearing pink ballerina tutu of pink nylon bodice and very full tulle skirt and sleeves, with gold rick-rack edging, pink satin ballet slippers. Marks: "Ballerina" Alexander (costume). Condition: generally excellent. Madame Alexander, the doll was marketed as "Nina Ballerina", circa 1950.
