Description
12" (30 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, small blue downcast eyes, black upper eyeliner, short stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with very full lips, brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 30. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910, their art character model marketed as "Marie". Value Points: rare variation of the pensive-faced character, original body and body finish, antique knit costume, red woolen stockings, red leather shoes.
