Pink-tinted porcelain shoulder head with plump face,cobalt blue enamel inset eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center accent line,brunette human hair wig over cork pate,French kid poupee body with gusset-jointed hips,porcelain arms to above the elbows,wearing antique navy blue silk faille gown with black velvet ribbons,undergarments,leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Blampoix,circa 1858,who deposed and acclaimed his system of of placing glass eyes in the heads of poupees. Value Points: rare and charming petite size with lovely complexion,original body with matching porcelain arms.
