Description
8" (20 cm.) Each has paper mache shoulder head, painted black pate and facial features, blue eyes, closed mouth, pink kid firmly-stuffed poupee body. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1850. Value Points: the dolls are wearing their original costumes, she as Dominican nun, and he as priest. Both dolls are preserved in their original bentwood box.
