8" (20 cm.) Cream mohair teddy with painted grey and brown spots is posed seated on back haunches, his head leaning forward, swivel head, amber brown glass eyes, black embroidered nose tips, tail. With Steiff button in ear and red cloth label, and with red leatherette collar and original paper label "Rattler". Very good condition. Germany, Steiff, 1930s.
