Description
16" (41 cm.) All-muslin cloth doll with flat-dimensional face having painted golden curly hair and painted facial features, blue side-glancing eyes, outlined nose and mouth, blushed cheeks, stitch-jointed arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent, slight wear to cap. Marks: Genuine Madame Hendron (original paper label). Comments: Dolly Dingle from Grace Drayton designs, circa 1930. Value points: rare model in well-preserved condition with artistically painted features, original costume and paper label.
