Painted brown hair, blue eyes, thick brows, closed mouth with row of teeth, twist 'n turn body, bendable legs, wearing blue serge uniform with four stripes on each sleeve, pocket flaps, slim pants, matching cap with black vinyl brim, white shirt, black tie, blue socks and black shoes.
