17" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lower lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, composition and wooden ball-jointed lady body with shapely bosom, tiny waist, elongated limbs, antique undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&H dep 1159 Germany 10 (head) Heinrich Handwerck Germany (body). Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: very fine bisque, original lady body in near mint condition, appealing petite size.
