Navy taffeta dress with white and blue polka dot puff sleeves, front ruffle, and waist bow, along with white satin panties, slip, and white basket hat with red velvet bow, with original box. Marks: Madame Alexander Cissette (dress tag). Condition: near mint. Madame Alexander, Cissette, #0916, circa 1957.
