16" (41 cm.) Carved bone head with front breastplate designed to fit to cut-out at upper wooden torso,the head with well defined carved and tinted features including ears,wooden arms with dowel jointing at shoulders and elbows,shapely legs,carved bone hands and feet with separately carved fingers,and well defined toes having painted sandals. Condition: generally excellent,left baby finger broken. Comments: late 18th century. Value Points: rare figure with wonderful detail of carving.
