Description
4" (10 cm.) x 4 1/2" painting. 7" x 8" frame. An oval painting of young child with flowing curls, arms clasped longingly in front of her body, standing in front of a red drapery, column and scenery. The painting has gilded matte and embossed gold metal frame which is set in wooden ebony frame decorated with a gilt leaf medallion. The painting is signed in lower corner, partly legible,"...Bright..1807". Excellent condition.
