19" (48 cm.) Bisque socket head, large hazel paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined shaded lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Paris Bebe Tete dep 8 (head) Paris Bebe Depose (and Eiffel Tower symbol on torso). Comments: Danel et Cie, c. 1892. Value Points: rare-to-find bebe with dramatic large eyes, wearing wonderful brown flannel gentleman's suit with vest.
