Description
13" (34 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted facial features, blue downcast eyes, thick dark upper eyeliner, closed mouth with shaded lips, blonde mohair wig with side-coiled braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, original body and body finish, left thumb missing. Marks: K*R 101 34. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1910, their art character modeled as "Marie" with appealing pouting expression. Value Points: an especially beautiful costume comprising golden velvet coat and cap over lace dress.
