11" (28 cm.) The tall cabinet of rich mahogany has six drawer front facades,each with a carved bone keyhole,that are flanked by side columns with urn and pedestal design at the top and bottom. The cabinet is actually hollow inside,and hinges open at the top for access. Generally excellent. Beautiful cabinetry work,and perfectly scaled for display with poupees. English,early-19th century.
