Description
3" (8 cm.) Including a trunk-shaped box with silk padded lid having decoupage floral decoration, and which hinges open to two layers, with fold-out sides to offer various needle sizes, a silver thimble and a spool of thread. Along with a firmly stuffed silk pincushion in the shape of a lady's boot with turquoise bead lacing buttons, trimmed with blue cord and blue silk ribbons. Excellent condition. England, mid-1800s.
