14" (36 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,painted curly lashes,brush-stroked brows,rounded nose with accented nostrils,open mouth,small rose-shaped upper lip,two porcelain upper teeth,pirced ears,impressed dimples on bottom lip,lip corners,eye crinkles,brunette mohair wig,composition and wooden ball-jointed body,wearing pretty antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SH 1279 dep Germany 6. Comments: Simon and Halbig,circa 1900. Value Points: wonderful definition of laughter crinkles and dimples,very choice bisque,original body and body finish.
