Description
10" (25 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso, small brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the outlined lips, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, all-bisque body with loop-jointing at shoulders and hips, bent baby limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: made in Germany JDK 211 (head) (Kestner paper seal on torso). Comments: Germany, Kestner, circa 1910. Value Points: rare large size of the all-bisque baby with all-original parts, original wig, pate, body label.
