Description
25" (64 cm.) A ski slope of heavy card stock with crusted snow finish, and wooden slope has a spring attachment at the lower end which, when released, causes the wooden skier on metal skies to propel forward, over the bar of the two American flags which could be set at different heights. The toy is preserved in (very worn) original colorful box with illustration of how the toy is designed to work. The box is labeled "Patented July 6, 1927, Model 8/27". Skier is excellent, ski slope snow is a bit worn, overall good condition. Schoenhut, circa 1927.
