Description
14" (36 cm.) All-cloth doll with pressed and oil painted facial features and brown hair with forelock curl, shaded hazel eyes, black and brown upper eyeliner, closed mouth with pouting expression, twill body with stitch-jointing at shoulders, bellow-jointing of legs allowing for easy seated pose, nicely costumed. Condition: very good, some touch up. Marks: Kathe Kruse (and illegible numbers on feet). Comments: Kathe Kruse, the model known as "Hampelchen", circa 1930. Value Points: rare model with distinctive body.
