6" (15 cm.) doll. 13" l. cradle. A simply carved wooden head with attached dowel torso has remnants of original painted complexion and hair, albeit is most rubbed to original wood, and without carved definition of features, with simple hand-stitched homespun gown, and resting in original hooded wooden cradle with original painted red finish. In well-played with, as-found, condition. American, early 1800s.
