9" (23 cm.) l. To fit doll about 11". Of crisp golden silk with exquisitely embroidered flowers around the hem, bodice, pocket, and attached capelet sleeves. Excellent condition. Late 1700s, a rare and wonderfully-preserved early dress with outstanding early embroidery.
