Pale bisque swivel head with heart-shaped face,on bisque shoulder plate with distinctly modeled bosom,oval-shaped elongated face with aquiline-shaped nose,brilliant blue glass enamel inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed mouth with accented lips and hint of smile,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork pate,kid poupee body with shapely torso and gusset-jointed legs,bisque arms to above the elbows. Condition: generally excellent,one finger restored. Comments: facial model is attributed to Auguste Dehors,circa 1865. Value Points: extremely rare model with superb portrait face,exquisite bisque and painting,brilliant eyes,wonderful early fashion gown of bronze silk with royal blue accents,undergarments,woven bonnet with floral accents,leather boots.
