Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, mohair lashes, painted curly lashes, incised eyeliner, short brush-stroked brows, upturned rounded nose with accented nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and accented lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, fine antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R Simon & Halbig 117 62. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1914, the model was marketed as Mein Liebling (My Darling) and this doll, presented in its original box with K*R My Darling label was designed for the English-speaking market. Value Points: beautiful pensive-faced classic doll has finest dewy patina of the lovely complexion, original body and body finish, original wig, and labeled box.
