Felt swivel head with pressed and painted features,brown upper glancing eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed mouth with heart-shaped lips,black mohair wig with coiled chignon,jointing at shoulders and hips,felt arms and legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Lenci (paper label ink inscribed "Rita 449"). Comments: Lenci,Italy,circa 1935. Value Points: original costume of orange,yellow and brown felt with fancifully embroidered roosters,brown scarf,carrying basket of felt fruit,in vibrant fresh colors.
