Bisque socket head with rich ebony black complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, black painted lashes, black brush-stroked brows with glazed highlights, open mouth with very full lips in delicate coral shade, four tiny porcelain teeth, pierced ears, black mohair wig, black composition and wooden ball-jointed body, burgundy velvet antique costume, shoes, and socks. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 1358 Simon & Halbig S&H Germany 4. Comments: Simon and Halbig from their rare 1300 art character series, circa 1900. Value Points: beautiful flawless complexion with fine matte finish, artistic painting of lips.
