Bisque socket head with rounded facial shape, large brown glass googly side-glancing eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, side-angled brows with ochre shading, tiny button-shaped nose, closed mouth with watermelon slice-shaped smile, blonde mohair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body with short toddler-length limbs, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A made in Germany 5 JDK 221 Ges Gesch. Comments: Kestner, circa 1912. Value Points: captivating petite size of the sought-after googly with fine bisque and painting.
