Description
8" (20 cm.) All-wooden man, socket head, painted brown hair, mutton chop sideburns and extended moustache, painted blue eyes, closed mouth, jointing at shoulders and hips, and extra jointing at elbows and knees, brown painted boots, wearing green serge suit with tacked-on leather ammunition belt with pouch, and rifle, yellow wooden helmet. Excellent condition. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1909, the figure depicts a safari member from Teddy's Adventures in Africa series, with deluxe knee and elbow articulation, original costume and accessories. Along with wooden framed canvas tent with flag, various wooden barrels, jugs and accessories, original to the set. Also included are two trees (not original).
