25" (64 cm.) Pale-complexioned bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, dark cobalt blue enamel eyes, dark eyeliner, delicately-painted lashes, lightly-feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate, kid poupee body with shapely torso, gusset-jointing at hips, knees and elbows, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Blampoix, circa 1860. Value Points: elegant poupee with imposing presence, fine bisque, painting, sturdy original body, wearing stunning brown silk and velvet costume with brown sheared fur cape, bonnet, fancy fob with watch, undergarments, shoes.
