4" (10 cm.) Pale bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate, sculpted short brown hair with center part and tightly rolled curls framing the face, cobalt blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth, pierced ears. Condition: generally excellent, tiny firing line at base of back sew hole. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: very beautiful doll head with rare coiffure, rare hair color, swivel head, and cobalt blue eyes.
