9" (23 cm.) The heavy all-bisque figurine depicts a young girl casually seated in a lavender chair, her head with blonde sculpted curls tilted to the side, wearing a wrinkled patterned blue dress, striped stockings, blue shoes, and clasping her beloved doll in the crook of her left arm. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1885, of very fine quality with superb painting.
