Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,slightly modeled brush-stroked brows with decorative glaze,accented nostrils and eye corners,open mouth,shaded and accented lips,four porcelain teeth,dimpled chin,brunette human hair wig over plaster pate,composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: L made in Germany 15 (head) Excelsior Germany 5 1/2 (body). Comments: Kestner,circa 1890. Value Points: beautiful doll with classic dolly-faced modeling,choicest bisque,original marked body and body finish,lovely antique costume.
