24" (61 cm.) Solid domed wax shoulderplate, blue glass eyes in half moon shape which open and close from lever in torso, tinted brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with accented lips, brunette ringlet curled wig, muslin stitch-jointed body with wax lower arms and legs. Condition: very good, some light typical lines under eye. Comments: English, circa 1850. Value Points: early wax lady with rare eye mechanism wearing fine antique silk costume.
