4" (10 cm.) Of rich cobalt blue glass with gilt garland borders and accents, the set comprises an unusual bell-shaped decanter with stopper, tumbler and tumble-down set with decanter and fitted glass. Excellent condition, one small flake on tumble-down glass. French, circa 1880.
