Description
9 1/2" (24 cm.) x 14". Presented in original box with lithograph of three children and their mama's playing with the game, opens to reveal wooden blocks with lithographed paper covers revealing various architectural details of various homes. Included are six original paper sheets depicting the houses that could be constructed from these blocks. Excellent condition with some rubs at edges of box lid, blocks and sheets are excellent, French, circa 1865, a rare and beautiful game.
