20" (51 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils, open mouth with heart-shaped upper lip, accent dot at lower lip, two porcelain upper teeth, impressed dimples in cheeks and chin, pierced ears, brunette human hair in long ringlet curls, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: S&H 1279 Dep Germany 9 (head) Germany (body). Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: hard to find model with deeply-impressed laughter creases around the eyes and dimpled cheeks.
