7" (18 cm.) Porcelain half doll depicting a young girl with sculpted Dutch cap having gilded border and pink stripe, grey striped hair, painted brown eyes, red and black upper eyeliner, arms modeled away from body, porcelain apple clasped in her right hand. The doll is attached to a cardboard candy container which is covered by original green/ivory silk striped skirt. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1910. Value Points: rare porcelain half doll is wearing original costume, carries basket of fruit, and has a candy container box hidden under her skirt.
