Description
6" (15 cm.) Each has bisque swivel head on bisque torso, painted features, mohair wig, peg-jointed bisque arms and legs, including black-complexioned doll with black mohair wig, blue silk costume, bare feet; and blonde-haired boy with knit costume and painted blue shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1900, from the series of dolls marketed as "Lilliputians". Value Points: all original condition with factory costumes, the little dolls are riding on the double-sided seats of the woven cart, being pulled by a grey flocked donkey with harness.
