8" (20 cm.) The seated dog, formed of paper mache, has shaved muzzle with amber glass eyes, black nose and mouth, and is lavishly-covered with lush white fur. The head removes for access to the candy container interior. French, circa 1890, near mint condition of the luxury bon-bon box.
