Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) Each has one-piece bisque head, torso and legs, loop-jointed bisque arms, and painted facial features; the smaller with painted brown side-parted hair, side-glancing painted black googly lashes, one-stroke brows, button shaped nose, thin line smile, hands folded in small fists; the larger with modeled topknot, forelock and side curls, black side-glancing eyes, closed mouth with full lips, painted blue socks and brown one-strap shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: cheery googly imps with variations of modeling and expression.
