35" (89 cm.) x 30" framed. In richly carved gilded frame is an oil on canvas depicting a French bebe in luxurious dress with lace trim, and fancy bonnet, standing alongside a toy poodle. Excellent condition, canvas has been restretched. Signed by the artist, Eugene Gerin. French, late 19th century.
