18" (46 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, short blonde sculpted hair with modeled forelock and side curls above the sculpted ears, blue intaglio eyes with prominent black pupils and white eye dots, short feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with tiny defined tongue tip, shaded and accented lips, dimpled cheeks and lip corners, composition and wooden ball-jointed body and antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 7 Germany. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful detail of the handsome lad with intelligent expression, finest quality of bisque and sculpting including impressed dimples and eye crinkles.
