Composition socket head, brown sleep eyes, real lashes, painted lashes and brows, closed mouth with accent line between the lips, brunette human hair, five piece composition body with wind-up music box in torso, original peach velvet dress and bonnet. Condition: generally excellent, separation at back left side of head under wig. Marks: Effanbee Anne Shirley. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1940. Value Points: beautiful sculpture with fine lustre of complexion, original wig, costume, wrist bracelet, and rare music box.
