Bisque socket head with slender facial modeling of adult lady,brown glass inset eyes,painted dark curly lashes,fringed brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with accented lips,dimpled lip corner,brunette mohair wig,slender composition body with elongated torso and limbs,jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French,mystery maker,circa 1914,the doll was likely inspired by the artistic movement known as Renaissance of the French doll. Value Points: rare and very appealing lady doll wears wonderful black satin beaded flapper dress,beaded shawl,feathered cap,stockings,leather slippers,and carrying wooden party Harlequin pantin,and paper mache jester marotte.
