Description

11" (28 cm.) x 9". The 145-page hardbound script with embossed gold lettering on the cover "Mr. Belvedere Goes to College" and "Shirley Temple" includes 25 bound-in black and white photographs of film scenes and well-annotated director's instructions to each actor, as well as an added three pages of retakes for an alternate ending (dated 1/11/49). With ink inscription on opening pages "To the prettiest â€˜college widow' of them all! Best wishes Sam Engel". The inscription was written by Samuel Engel, the producer of the film.
