Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, long painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over Steiner pate, French composition fully-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Fre A 8 (head) Le Petit Parisien...(body stamp). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1889. Value Points: petty bebe with fine quality of bisque, original body and body finish.
