Description
6 1/2" (17 cm.) dolls. The wooden furniture has lithographed paper cover to simulate rosewood with gilt inlays, and includes a secretary desk with drawers, niches and cabinets; wash stand with mirrored back, toilette table with cut-outs for bowl and bottles (not included); Renaissance style chair with blue silk seat; and mirrored door cabinet with blue paper lining. Along with two dollhouse gentlemen, each with bisque shoulder head, painted features, muslin body, bisque lower limbs, painted boots, including balding aged man with grey sideburns and wearing brown flannel suit; and another balding man wearing black flannel suit. Generally excellent, Germany, circa 1890.
